These terms cover text messages (SMS) sent by Fallbrook Village Dental, the Fallbrook, CA dental practice. You opt in by checking the SMS-consent box when you submit a request form on this website, or by texting the practice first.
When you opt in, we may text you about the inquiry you submitted: confirming we received your request, scheduling or confirming your appointments, answering the treatment questions you asked about, and following up on your request.

How to stop, and how to get help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we send one final message confirming you are opted out, and nothing further. To rejoin, reply START or check the consent box on a new request.

Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. How we handle your information — including phone numbers collected for SMS — is described in full in our privacy policy.
